Effective Communication at Work workshop
In this session, participants will learn how to master the techniques of effective listening and self-expression.
UBC Nitobe Memorial Garden guided walk
Take a guided tour of the Nitobe Memorial Garden, a traditional Japanese Tea and Stroll garden.
Getting a Restful Sleep workshop
In this session, participants will learn about circadian rhythms and the impact that disrupting these key biological processes can have on their day-to-day activities and work.
