Room Availability

Please check availability online, at http://www.bookking.ca/bkubcppub/, before submitting your requests to psyt.bookings@ubc.ca (604-822-7314 in the event you don’t have access to e-mail).  Bookings are only processed once per work day, so please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Room Availability Instructions

The following instructions will get you started;

• Regular client in PDF (Acrobat) format.
• Scheduling module clients in PDF (Acrobat) format, for online submission Clients only.
  

AV Availability

We have a loan-out pool of data (PowerPoint) projectors, notebook computers, portable projection screens, flip charts and other AV equipment.  Please submit your requests to psyt.bookings@ubc.ca (604-822-7314 in the event you don’t have access to e-mail).  Bookings are only processed once per work day, so please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Charges

Organizations, other than UBC, Dept. of Psychiatry, may be charged for room and A/V rental on a cost recovery basis. Bookings, changes or cancellations, made less than 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) in advance of the first event, will be charged a 50% penalty, in addition to any applicable regular charges. “No-shows” will always be charged at normal rental rates.
