Understanding Your Retirement and Survivor Benefits Program

April 19, 2012; June 28, 2012; October 23, 2012

11:45am – 1:00 pm (30-minute Q&A session from 1:00 – 1:30)

Location: GSAB room 241

Cost: Free

This one-hour workshop is for active employees who are interested in learning about their medical and dental benefits after they retire. This RSB Program, administered through Human Resources, is available to anyone leaving UBC at age 55 or older who currently has extended health and/or dental benefits.

This workshop is designed for active or deferred members who are age 50 or older. The focus of the workshop will be on your pension benefits at retirement. You should attend this workshop if you do not have a good understanding of what your pension will be at your retirement date.
