– It will not be possible to place or receive calls on VoIP (Cisco) phon es< MsoNormal style=’margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal’>- It will not be possible to leave messages on Exchange 2010 UM-based voice mail boxes, and it will not be possible to retrieve Exchange 2010-based voice mail.

We encourage you to communicate this information to any members of your department who may be using UBC VoIP or Exchange 2010 UM-based voice mail during the maintenance windows. No service impacts to Nortel-ba sed phon e expected.
Additionally, due to these maintenance windows, UBC IT will not be able to fulfill VoIP-related service requests on October 20th and 21st. This will only affect clients who have an emergency requirement for a VoIP change (such as the addition of a new VoIP service) to occur on these dates. Normally submitted VoIP-requests and scheduled VoIP installations will not be affected.
