As we approach the holidays, there are absences and closures of UBC offices that may affect you. Please take note of the following information for the UBC Psychiatry Offices, the Psychiatry IT office and central UBC units.

Closed Tuesday, Dec 24th 12:00 noon until Thursday, Jan 2 at 8.00am.
Psychiatry Education Office, Diamond Centre
Closed Tuesday, Dec 24th 12:00 noon until Thursday, Jan 2 at 9.00am.

Central UBC Human Resources: Most of the central HR office functions will be closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 2. They will have an HR Associate and an HR advisor available on Dec. 27, 30 and 31, reachable via the HR Service Centre telephone number, 604-822-8111.
Pensions: Office will be closed from Dec. 24th to Jan 2nd. Voicemail can be left at 604-822-8119 (SPP) or 604-822-8647 (FPP).
Staff Finders: Office will be closed from Dec. 24th to Jan. 2nd. Voicemail can be left with the Placement Coordinator, 604-822-8107.
Faculty Relations: Office will be closed Dec. 24 to Jan. 2. Voicemail can be left at the FR Reception Desk, 604-822-1897.
Note that these closures may mean that HR or Finance transactions will take longer than usual, so please allow for this in your planning
