CHÉOS Scientist Dr. Kamran Shojania (left) has received the St. Paul’s Hospital Howard B. Stein and UBC Master Teacher Award in recognition of his leadership in rheumatology training.
The Canadian Public Health Association has awarded CHÉOS Scientist Dr. Jim Frankish (right) with the 2014 Ron Draper Health Promotion Award. The award is presented to an individual, group or organization engaged in community work who has made a significant contribution to health promotion by working in the community to: build healthy public policy, create environments that support health, enable community action, enhance personal skills and/or re-orient health services.
