|Update from Wyeth: CFRI Research Leadership Council|
Over the past months, work has been continuing on defining a new model for CFRI’s scientific structure. Over the next few weeks, I will be providing a series of updates about key decisions and processes. Today marks the first announcement, which pertains to the creation of a key research leadership body.
CFRI Research Leadership Council (RLC)
The following investigators will be members of the CFRI Research Leadership Council:
The CFRI Research Leadership Council will be a decision-making body with each member contributing important perspectives for enhancing our research environment. The CFRI Research Leadership Council will be asked to make key decisions pertaining to initiatives and strategic investments, define and help launch committees of importance to the CFRI community, provide input into the composition of a new external research advisory board, and give voice to ideas and issues arising across our large research community. Over the summer, the RLC will determine the individual responsibilities for each member and formalize the terms of reference for the group.
