Dear UBC Staff Pension Plan Members:
This is a call for nominations for two Directors of the UBC Staff Pension Plan (SPP) Board to hold office for a four-year period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2018. The Registrar has been charged with the duty of holding elections of directors who are elected by and from the membership of the Plan.
Nominations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 9, 2014
A Notice of Election/Nomination Form was mailed to members on September 19, 2014. If you wish to nominate someone or be nominated for the SPP Election, please ensure you have completed the requirements as outlined on the nomination form. Completed forms and candidate statements must be received by UBC Election Services by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014.

Election Dates: October 31 to November 26, 2014
Election packages will be mailed on October 31, 2014 and voting will close at 4:00 p.m. on November 26, 2014.
