Get you bike tuned up for the spring and learn how you can take a stand by getting informed, making a choice, and planning to vote in the upcoming transit referendum.

Safe + Sustainable Transportation Month
May is Safe + Sustainable Transportation Month. There will be initiatives being promoted throughout campus tied to walking and cycling, including Bike to Work Week.
No Plastic!
No plastics of any kind (including bags) should be put in the green Food Scraps bins at UBC. Plastic will cause problems at the Composting Facility on campus, and cause entire bins of food scraps to be sent to the landfill because they could not be processed.
More information on composting in Metro Vancouver and UBC’s Sort it Out program is available online.
