Dear UBC Staff Pension Plan Member:
This notice is a call for nominations for TWO Board members, to be elected by and from the membership of the UBC Staff Pension Plan (SPP), to serve on the Pension Board for a four-year period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020. UBC Elections has been tasked with the duty of holding the election on behalf of the Plan.
Nominations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.
A Call for Nominations form was mailed to members on September 22, 2016. If you wish to nominate someone or be nominated for the UBC SPP Election, please complete the requirements as outlined on the nomination form. Completed forms and candidate statements must be received by UBC Elections by 4:00 p.m. on October 12, 2016.
If for any reason you did not receive a nomination package in the mail, please send an email to elections.information@ubc.ca.
Election Dates: November 1 to 28, 2016
Should an election prove necessary, election packages will be mailed to all Plan members on November 1, 2016 and voting will close at 4:00 p.m. on November 28, 2016.
