From walking programs and fitness classes, to swimming and tennis, we have all kinds of ways to get you moving and feeling great!

Learn the foundations of tennis in our 1.0/2.0 Adult Summer Camps. Instead of spreading out lessons over a number of weeks, these sessions have a 1.5 hour session in the mornings for 5 days in a week. We find that people are able to progress quicker and easier in this format. With multiple levels of clinics, start in the 1.0/2.0 and progress at your own pace. UBC Staff & Faculty get a discount!
Mark your calendar for a work break! Designed for all ages, you’ll be able to get moving without the hassle of changing your clothes or needing to shower afterwards. Come drop-in to play casual games like croquet and frisbee: all are free, fun, and casual.
