I am pleased to announce that nominations for this year’s Staff Service Awards in the Department of Psychiatry are open.
The Department’s Staff Service Awards are to acknowledge the contributions of outstanding staff members in each of our staff employee groups: CUPE 2950 Administrative Support Staff, Non-Union Research Assistants/Technicians, and Management and Professional Staff. While only UBC staff members are eligible, the nomination can be initiated by any Department Member.
Attached in word and PDF version are the terms of reference for the awards and the 2017 application form. Completed applications, including the form and supporting documentation, are to be submitted to Vicky Yau (vicky.yau@ubc.ca) by October 31, 2017.
You’ll that notice it is recommended that the staff member’s contributions be highlighted in reference to the Department’s strategic priorities, which are expressed in the Strategic Plan that is linked from the main page of our website: https://psychiatry.ubc.ca/.
