When people hear distressing voices or become lost in an altered sense of reality, it’s easy to feel helpless, especially if drugs don’t work very well or don’t feel acceptable. But new, practical methods are emerging that help people to make sense of these experiences, and to regain control of their lives.
Join Meditation and Yoga instructor, Cielo English for a relaxing hour of meditation and reflection. We ask that you bring mittens, a hat or scarf as a donation to the North Shore Crisis Centre. This evening is a great way to ease into the weekend being concious of the seasonal change and bringing your best energy to the weekend ahead.
