Free Fitness, Instructional, & Aquacize Classes

Get moving with us and try over 100 different classes this January. From yoga, to latin funk dance, to aqua zumba to street kickboxing the options are endless. Don’t forget to register for your favourite classes (discounts available for UBC Staff & Faculty!) by January 14th to take them all semester.
Come check out programs at our state-of-the-art facility! We have free aquacize classes running all week, and an open house on Jan 9th from 12-3PM where you can try a series of sampler hydro board aquacize classes, join a facility tour, or try your hand at the Wibit Inflatable Obstacle Course.
Did you know that a membership to the BirdCoop Fitness Centre gets you access to Unlimited Be Fit & Cycle Fit Classes (17 each week!), and the facility has complimentary day lockers, shower facilities, and universal change room stalls?
Not to mention that your membership will also get you access to the brand new fitness centre opening in the UBC Life Building this winter!
