The MSFHR Implementation Science Team (IST) Program will support the implementation and adoption of evidence-based, implementation-ready interventions to improve the quality and effectiveness of health, health services and care in BC. Applications open mid-February.
New for 2018, this exciting program will support teams of BC researchers, research users and senior decision-makers studying what interventions work within the health system and why, and how these interventions can be implemented, adapted to other settings, or scaled-up across regions to improve the quality and effectiveness of population health, health services and care.
“We designed the Implementation Science Team Program in consultation with BC researchers, health system decision-makers, and national and international experts in implementation science,” says Dr. Bev Holmes, MSFHR president & CEO. “The program is a first for MSFHR and a really exciting opportunity to enhance BC’s implementation science capacity and improve the quality and effectiveness of our health services.”
