Faculty Development for Large Group Learning (FD-LGL)
Faculty Development has developed online primers (approximately 1 hour in length) to support faculty in the scholarly design, delivery, and assessment of teaching in large group sessions. These primers were developed using current, evidence-based literature on large group teaching, and with the guidance of excellent lecturing faculty across the UGME and current UGME students in the Faculty of Medicine. These modules are available to anyone interested in improving their large group learning sessions. Together, the primers are accredited for up to 1.0 MOC Section 3 credits and up to 1.0 Mainpro+ self-learning credits.
Please click the following link to access the primers: Faculty Development for Large Group Learning Primers
