The UBC Aquatic Centre offers a wide selection of aqua fitness classes including Hydro Board classes, Aqua Zumba, and Aqua Therapy. Drop-in options are available for many classes including Aqua Yoga, Shallow and Deep Aqua Fitness, Hydro Board Fitness, and Aqua Bootcamp.

Get active on your lunch day while improving your tennis!

Staff and faculty of UBC are welcome to join in on some fun drill sessions during their workday lunch hour. These drills will cover all strokes in both singles and doubles situations and allow participants to build confidence through repetition. Registration must be done in person and with a valid UBC Staff/Faculty Card.

Have you checked out our Staff & Faculty Drop-In Volleyball League? It’s free to play and open to all volleyball skill levels. Teams are put together at the start of each session and all equipment is provided. Games are on Wednesdays from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the Student Recreation Centre.
