Join the Move U Crew every second Wednesday (Oct 3, 17, and 31) at noon for a 45-minute guided walk all around beautiful UBC. Easily fit enjoyable daily activity into your routine! Check out this month’s special walk: Trick or Treat Trail Walk happening on Oct 31because everyone can have fun on Halloween!
Staff and Faculty Drills Available at Lunch to Progress your Game
Staff and faculty of UBC are welcome to join in on drill sessions during their workday lunch hour. These drills will cover all strokes in both singles and doubles situations and allow participants to build confidence through repetition. Registration must be done in person and with a valid UBC Staff/Faculty Card.
Engage your Core and Train your Balance with Aqua Fitness
Aqua workouts are in! The UBC Aquatic Centre offers a wide variety of Aqua Fitness classes from Aqua Zumba and Aqua Yoga to Hydro Board Fitness. Check online for all the details regarding classes to find the perfect fit for you. Drop-in is available for some classes.
