Dear colleagues,
Thank you to the more than 100 people who responded to our first call in late April to provide input on the topic of creating and sustaining respectful working and learning environments at the Faculty of Medicine.
Your input will substantively inform the Task Force’s recommendations.
If you have not had the opportunity to participate, there is still time. We will close the online forum on July 8, 2019.

In addition to your input, we will also gather information about our current environments and identify best practices from within our Faculty, our partners and the literature.
The Dean’s Task Force on Respectful Environments launched in late Fall 2018, with the mandate to recommend specific actions that the Faculty of Medicine can take to create and sustain a respectful working and learning environments for students, trainees, staff and faculty.
For more information, please visit our Task Force webpage.
Best regards,
Deborah
