Brief Survey on Technology and Measurement in Mental Health Care

**Sent on behalf of Dr. Raymond Lam, Professor and BC Leadership Chair in Depression Research**

Dear psychiatrist colleagues,

Dr. Bennett Cheung (PGY2 resident) and I are conducting a brief online survey of psychiatrists’ views on the use of technology and measurement in mental health care. We’d appreciate it if you would spend a few minutes completing our survey.

The consent says it takes 10-15 minutes, but I just did it in under 5 minutes. You can also enter to win a $100 Indigo gift card or elect to have us donate $5 to the non-profit Canadian Mental Health Association.

Just click here to participate.

Or if the link doesn’t work, copy and paste this into your browser. Thanks for your help!

Regards, Ray.
