Clinical Faculty: Submit Your 2020-21 Postgrad CTwPC Invoices (PGY2-6) – All Invoices Due Wed Mar 31, 2021

Dear Psychiatry Clinical Faculty,


This is a reminder to submit your Postgraduate Clinical Teaching with Patient Care (CTwPC) invoices for the 2020-21 fiscal year (April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021) for PGY2-5 residents and PGY6 subspecialty psychiatry residents. Note that PGY1 teaching is paid by the PGY1 program, and fellow and visiting resident teaching is NOT eligible.

You may submit your invoices monthly, quarterly or annually. The deadline for all invoices covering the 2020-21 fiscal year is Wednesday, March 31, 2021. All payments will be processed during fiscal year-end (March 31, 2021).

  • Eligibility Description (attached) – Please ensure you have read and followed the CTwPC Eligibility Description before submitting your invoice.
  • Online Submission Form (link corrected)  – The 2020-21 secure online submission form is live. The form allows for up to 150 entries and a partially completed form will automatically be saved on the computer you are using once you click the “Next” button on the first page. You can return at a later time to that same computer to complete your invoice form. When you submit your form, you will receive a confirmation by email with a copy of your submission for your records.
