Memo from UBC Psychiatry IT: Microsoft Teams Outlook Add-in


If you use Microsoft Teams and have Outlook 2013 or later, Microsoft offers a useful add-in that allows you to schedule Teams meetings, from your Outlook calendar.

  1. In Outlook, click on the Home button, then click on the Add-ins (click Store in older versions of Outlook)
  2. This will open another window featuring all add-ins that you can install.   You may need to login with your UBC email alias (e.g. and CWL password.  Click on All, then write Microsoft Teams in the Search
  3. To make sure you installed it, go to File, then Manage Add-ins or Manage Apps and you will find it in the list.
