Release of 2020/2021 Online Clinical Faculty Annual Report & Faculty Profile Form

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to advise that the online 2020/2021 Clinical Faculty Annual Report is now available for all Department clinical faculty to report their annual teaching and other UBC-related activities for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.  With the changes implemented last year, the form no longer requires you to include detailed undergraduate or Department-paid postgraduate teaching hours, as this information will be pulled from the Teaching Tracking and Payment System (TTPS) and other records. However, the form still allows reporting of any relevant activities not paid by the UBC Department of Psychiatry, or captured in the questions, to be entered or uploaded.

As well, in anticipation of a new Department website that will be launched in early 2022, we have included an additional section to gather basic work-related information that will populate your faculty profile page on the new site. Please be mindful to omit or decline providing any private information you do not wish to be made accessible to the public.
