The Online Clinical Faculty Annual Report Form for the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 is now available. Please report your teaching activities for the period using the link below:
Kindly complete your Annual Report by December 31, 2025. Please note that yearly submission of the Annual Report is a condition of appointment for Clinical Faculty in the UBC Department of Psychiatry. The report is required to maintain your appointment, and will also factor heavily into decisions on reappointment and promotion.

Please note that the deadline for submitting applications for promotion has been moved to an earlier date. For the upcoming Fall 2025 review cycle, the deadline for submitting your application is on August 15, 2025. See these helpful tips for submitting your application.
