Dear hourly-paid employees and supervisors,
As the administrative office will be closed for the holidays from December 24, 2011 to January 2, 2012 inclusive, hourly payroll processing timelines will be affected.
The hourly payroll submission deadline for the December 16-31 pay period will be Tuesday, December 20 at noon.
This advance notice serves to allow employees to plan their work with their supervisors. Employees will have to predict work hours for the days in this period that follow the deadline. Hours can be adjusted in the following pay period if the hours were not as planned.
