UBC’s strategic plan, Shaping UBC’s Next Century, sets out UBC’s vision, purpose, values and goals, as well as the themes and core areas that shape UBC’s strategies for the years ahead. One core area includes a systems renewal which the Integrated Renewal Program (IRP) will deliver.
The Integrated Renewal Program (IRP) is a business process transformation and UBC has selected Workday as the core enterprise system to replace UBC’s Student Information System (SIS), Human Resource Management System (HRMS), and Financial Management System (FMS).

Workday is an industry-leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based platform that provides users with a 21st century experience that continually evolves. It consistently passes rigorous third-party compliance audits of security, confidentiality, availability, and privacy controls with 99.9% uptime in the past two years. Workday offers flexibility to configure its product to accommodate UBC’s preferred business processes.

You can also drop in to these sessions if you require your UBC ID and CWL Sign-up PIN, in order to sign up for your CWL. A CWL log-in name and password is required for access to the Workday platform and for Workday training resources.
