Dear Department members,
Last fall, we invited Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students to participate in the Department of Psychiatry Mistreatment Reporting Survey. Thank you to everyone who took part. Your feedback was invaluable, and all responses were anonymous. In line with our commitment to transparency, we are sharing a summary infographic of the results.
While many members are aware of support systems, the survey showed that some remain uncertain about reporting procedures. As part of our action plan, to improve trust in reporting and to ensure awareness and accessibility of resources, we are offering online mistreatment reporting workshops to help clarify the different reporting pathways available.
Mistreatment Reporting Workshop Webinars
Led by the Faculty of Medicine’s Robyn Campol, Learning Environment Advisor, and Tammy Louis, Senior Manager, Faculty Human Resources, these sessions will guide you through the different reporting steps for Learner Mistreatment Reporting and Faculty & Staff Mistreatment Reporting. You will learn what constitutes mistreatment, as well as where, how, and to whom to report, so that everyone in our community feels informed and empowered.
