The UBC 2011 Workplace Experiences Survey is open to faculty and staff and is an opportunity for department members to provide feedback about the working experience at UBC.
The survey asks for your input in various areas, including opportunities for advancement, leadership, and workloads. All survey responses are anonymous and confidential. The survey findings will provide input for our department’s strategic planning and identify future priorities and initiatives. The University will use the overall results to help shape future planning and priorities for the outstanding work environment commitment within Place and Promise, UBC’s strategic plan. To find out about the work that has been done based on the 2009 Workplace Experiences Survey findings, please visit http://www.focusonpeople.ubc.ca/workplace-experiences-survey/.
To participate in this year’s survey, we encourage all interested faculty and staff to take the survey during your regular work day at http//:www.focusonpeople.ubc.ca —it should take only about 15-20 minutes. The survey is available now until November 18, 2011.
