Thank you for your patience as we continue to complete our Clinical Teaching with Patient Care payments for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year. This next step is for any Clinical Teaching Faculty who supervised and taught any UBC Off-Service Residents between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.
To ensure your UBC Off-Service Resident teaching is recognized and remunerated, we ask you to complete the following form to report your teaching hours. The deadline to submit your invoice report is no later than Saturday, November 30th, 2024. Please click here to access the online form:

Please note that this is for UBC Resident Teaching Faculty ONLY. Teaching for Fellows and Visiting Residents are NOT eligible. Only eligible faculty will be remunerated. Review the PGME CTwPC Eligibility criteria before submitting.
