Dear Postgraduate Psychotherapy and Research Supervisors and Clinical Teaching Faculty,
This is a reminder to submit your Psychotherapy and Research Supervision invoices and/or your Off-Service Clinical Teaching invoices for the 2024-25 fiscal year (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025).
To ensure your UBC supervision and teaching are recognized and remunerated, we ask you to complete the following form to report your hours. The deadline for all invoice submissions is no later than Monday, March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm. All payments will be processed after fiscal year-end (March 31, 2025).
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- BEFORE submitting, review the Eligibility Criteria for CTwPC.
- Invoice submission is for UBC PGY1-PGY6 resident teaching faculty ONLY. Teaching for Fellows and Visiting Residents is NOT eligible.
- Off-Service Resident teaching refers to the clinical teaching provided to an UBC non-Psychiatry resident (i.e. clinical teaching for an Emergency Medicine resident during their psychiatry block)
- Only submit the invoice if supervision time cannot be billed through MSP.
- For the PGY3 IPT and CBT Course, please invoice the group supervision portion (2-4pm) only.
- Do not include Academic Day Seminar billing in this invoice as they are now processed through TTPS.
Both invoices should be submitted using the online form:
*The online form allows for up to 150 entries, and a partially completed form will automatically be saved on the same computer you are using once you click the “Next” button on the first page. You can return to that same computer at a later time to complete your invoice form. When you submit your form, you will receive a confirmation by email with a copy of your submission for your records.
Thank you for your continued mentorship and teaching of our residents. If you have any questions, please contact us at psychiatry.education@ubc.ca.
Kind regards,
Education Office
