Case Writers for BC IMG Program needed

Dear Clinical Faculty,

The BC IMG Clinical Assessment program is looking for residents and faculty to write MMI scenarios for the Yearly MMI exam held in the late fall. A sample case scenario is attached and the scenarios are meant to assess the other CanMEDS roles aside from medical expert. 

Case writers are compensated for attending the orientation workshops (typically 2.5 hours x 4-5 workshops) and developing two cases (equivalent to 4 hours of work per case). The current rate is:

• Practising physicians/UBC clinical faculty: $106.03/hour
