Research and Interests

Dr. Fulton’s research is primarily focused on concurrent substance use and mental health disorders. 



Dr. Heather Fulton is a Registered Psychologist who primarily works at the Burnaby Centre for Mental Health and Addiction.  At this facility she runs groups, conducts individual psychotherapy, performs cognitive and personality assessments in addition to consulting with a multidisciplinary team regarding psychological issues.  She regularly supervises Psychiatry Residents, Addiction Medicine Fellows as well as Psychology Practicum students and Residents.
